It could be difficult to locate certain replacement parts for your greenhouse heating system, specially through your local plumbing supply house.

Centra Mixing valves : ZR25 ZR32 ZR40 ZR50 ZR65 ZR80 ZR100 ZR125 and larger.
ZR stands for 4-way , most common used is the ZR.. FA type what means it has a flange connection.

If you don't know what type of 4-way valve you have, then look on the body of the 4way valve, there is usually a model number casted right on the body behind one of the flanges.

The same stands for the DR series, these are 3-way valves, available in most sizes.

To operate these mixing-valves, most common used was and is the VMM-40/24 actuator by Centra.
The actuator runs on 24Volt ~.
Some systems run on 110 or 220 so be sure to check your system.

Other common actuators : VMM-30/24 VMM40/24 VMK10-4-24

In the event that your mixing valve is leaking from the front, then you should use a repairkit for that mixing-valve. This is something what can be easily done in the off season and won't take more then draining the area around the 3 / 4 way valve or close the butterfly valves around it.

Repairkits for Honeywell 1900 1050 ( packing kit for rotary valve )

Also available are the Keystone butterfly valves, widely used by V&V Noordland and others throughout the world. If these leak, you can replace them but you would have to create some more room between the existing flanges since most replacements are a little wider.
