 THG40 Drive Pinion. De Gier style THG40 Available as complete Unit or inside gear only for repairs. Works together with "weld-slide sockets" for main drive in either 1" or 1.25" diameter.  These are weld / slide sockets that require welding Optional pre-welded coupling available - works with oversize tube that has a bolted connection ( 2x )  Steel Heavy Duty 40mm High Rack THG40 used with the THG40 Drive Unit Various Lengths available  Steel Rack to push-pull pipe connectors, available in 27mm and 32mm Diameter  |
Reduced Gear Motor Drive Type GWseries.
These units are available in different Voltages and Size, available in 1Phase and 3Phase UL/CSA
The 1phase versions work with the simple 3 wire connection (open-common-close) instant reversing.
The 1phase version is available in 115Volt aswell
Curved and Straight drive Racks - THG30
Different Lenghts available in Curved and Straight style.
Used on Gable and Side ventilation windows or on Continues roof-vent applications
These Steel THG30 units can replace the "old style" single aluminum racks with ease.
Use with aluminum window mounting bracket shown below !
Shown above is the THG30 Drive pinion, works with all style THG30 racks and fits a 1" sch.40 driveshaft.
Comes with 2 set-screws for optimum grip.
Shown here is the THG25R drive unit, used for the so called truss-rail ventilation.
This unit is available in different versions with various rack lengths.
This unit is mounted on top of the truss with bolted connections
